Unsupported System Version. The program is not compatible with the current operating system.

This error message occurs most frequently when you own a Pocket PC with the Pocket PC 2003 or later operating system and you are trying to install files from a CD that contains PocketBible. The CD contains a version of PocketBible that is not compatible with your newer model Pocket PC. However, we do offer a free update to registered CD customers. If you own the PocketBible Life Application Collection:

  1. Register your CD at the Laridian website by following the instructions located on the postcard or on the instruction sheet that was included with the CD.
  2. Log into your Laridian account.
  3. Download and install the files listed in your Laridian account instead of installing from the CD. This will give you the latest versions of the products that were purchased on CD.
If you own the Zondervan NIV Study Bible CD:
  1. Send an email to support@laridian.com
  2. Include your full name, address, phone number and the make and model of your PDA.
  3. Include the key code on the inside of the CD case.
  4. Request that we get you registered.

When we complete the registration process (usually within 24 hrs, M-F), an email will be sent back to you with instructions.

If you do not own a CD containing PocketBible and you are receiving this error message, you're trying to install an old version of PocketBible to your handheld with a newer operating system. Log into your Laridian account which shows your PocketBible purchase. Then download and install the version listed in your account.
