How do I install PocketBible, Bibles and Books (CD)?
Complete, step-by-step instructions are included in the documentation that came with the CD. If you have lost that documentation or if you are still having trouble, additional instructions are listed below.
- Synchronize your Pocket PC or other Windows CE handheld to the computer so that Microsoft ActiveSync shows CONNECTED.
- Place the CD in the drive.
- Double-click My Computer.
- Right-click your CD ROM drive and select Open.
- Double-click the Programs and Data folder.
- Double-click the PocketBible Setup file appropriate for your specific handheld type. If you own a Pocket PC (the most common handheld) then you need to install PocketBible Setup for Pocket PC.
- Follow the instructions provided.
- Double-click each translation or book setup file that you wish to have installed and follow the instructions provided.
- When you have completed the setup for all that you wish to install, go to Start and Programs on your device and locate the PocketBible icon.
- Tap the icon to open.
NOTE: You must install both PocketBible and at least one Bible.
