We do not offer sales, customer service, or technical support assistance by phone.

Our corporate office phone number is (319) 378-4940 but it is not answered by a human. There is no one at that number who can provide any technical support or customer service assistance. Messages left there are generally ignored, especially if they deal with issues that can be addressed by email or through our technical support ticket system.

We are not trying to be difficult to contact. We are happy to communicate with you by email or through our technical support ticket system. It's just that we have not found the telephone to be an effective means of communication for the vast majority of customer and B2B issues.
