Can't find resource module... I/O error

This error message is known to happen in some very isolated cases, which BEIKS (the Noah Viewer developer) has never been able to reproduce and track down.

Given the wide distribution of the application and their experience with other similar applications they attribute the problem to insufficient OS resources. Your BlackBerry may report nearly a large amount of free space but this does not affect the error message. The BB may have lots of free storage memory. The question here is how much heap memory it has for servicing running applications and how does it operate it.

It is recommended that you:

  1. Uninstall all Bible-related modules from the device
  2. Uninstall all other applications that are not of importance.
  3. Install ONLY the Noah Bible Study Viewer and the most important Bible.
  4. Test and see if it's working properly. If yes, you can try reinstalling other Bibles.

If the error returns then you will only be able to run one Bible due to a limitation in your system resources.
