What is your return policy?

Laridian has a no-questions-asked, 30-day, money-back guarantee on all products purchased directly from Laridian at our website or in the in-app stores in the Android, Mac OS, and Windows versions of PocketBible. Our money-back guarantee does not apply to products purchased in the in-app store in PocketBible for iOS, because that store is operated by Apple. We're not in control of their refund policies so you'll have to contact them directly if you would like a refund from them for a purchase made in their store.

To request a refund, simply send an email to support@laridian.com. Tell us which product you want the refund for. Make sure to include your Customer ID if you know it, the email address on your account, and any other information you might have such as an Order ID that we can use to find your order.

Very Important: We need you to remove the book or Bible that you purchased from all the devices on which you installed it, and we need you to affirmatively tell us in your email request that you have removed the book. We need this documentation to support any future audit by our publishing partners.

We'll always respond happily and promptly to your refund requests. We may suggest some things you could try to make the product work better for you if we think that might change your mind about requesting a refund, but we will never refuse to refund your purchase even if you choose not to follow our suggestions. Just tell us that you'd prefer a refund.
