Laridian doesn't remember me. I can't log in to my account.

This message can occur if:

  • You've never ordered directly from Laridian but you've selected the "Returning Customer" option.
  • The Customer ID or email address of your account is not the same as the information you're entering.
  • The password in your account is not the same as the information you're entering.
  • You're using a browser with a security setting that is causing a conflict.

If you've never ordered directly from Laridian or registered a product with us, we won't have you listed in our database. Place your order as a NEW customer instead of as a returning customer.

If you have ordered directly from Laridian in the past or you've registered a Laridian CD with us, use the Forgot Password link to have password reset instructions emailed to you. If the email address listed in your account is no longer valid, send an email to support@laridian.com. Provide your name and old email address or enough information about your account (address, phone number) so that it can be found. We can then update your account information with your new email address so that you can access your login details.

If you are confident you're entering your customer ID and password correctly and yet you still can't log in, it could be a setting in your browser that is causing this error. Try using a different browser.
