There's a link at the top of every page on our site that allows you to reset a forgotten password. The reset instructions will be sent to the email address in your Laridian customer account. If the email address listed in your account is no longer accessible, send an email to support@laridian.com. Provide your name and old email address or enough information about your account (address, phone number) so that it can be found. We can then update your account information with your new email address so that you can access your login details.
