Fatal Error with page up or page down on new device.

This error will occur when using an old version of MyBible with a new model Palm OS device. To check your version of MyBible, open the application. Tap Options and About MyBible. If the version number in the lower right corner does not start with 03 or 04 then you need to update or upgrade your application. There are two ways to correct this:

  • Log into your Laridian account that shows your MyBible 2 purchase or CD registration. Download and install the MyBible version listed in your account (030106). Your account will always have the latest version of the products you've purchased.
  • Upgrade to MyBible 3.0. It's only $5 for registered MyBible 2 customers. Send an email to palmsupport@laridian.com to request upgrade pricing as a registered customer. You will need to provide your Laridian Customer ID or enough information about yourself (address, phone, etc) that will assist us in locating your account.

If you own a MyBible 2 CD and have never registered, you need to do so before you can use either of the options above. Registration instructions are included in the documentation on the inside left cover of the CD case. Only registered customers are eligible for free updates or discounts on upgrades.
