Accessing MyBible or switching to NIV SB causes a reset.

This issue could occur in MyBible when trying to access the NIV Study Bible if you do not have a current version of MyBible installed. MyBible 3.0, build 040910 (Sept 10, 2004) or later must be installed to use the NIV Study Bible. Updates are free to registered MyBible 3.0 customers and above. Just login to your Laridian account which shows your MyBible 3.0 or above purchase or registration, download and install. If you need assistance finding your account which shows your MyBible purchase, send an email to palmsupport@laridian.com. Include your full name, physical address, and the email address you may have used when you purchased or registered your MyBible software.
