I'm seeing strange text such as {blockquote} and &mdash.

If you are seeing this strange text while using MyBible, it indicates that you are using the newer Bible translations which require MyBible 3.0 or later but you do not have MyBible 3.0 or later installed. If you have purchased MyBible 3.0 or a later version of MyBible then your installation may have failed or you may have accidentally reinstalled the old version over the top of the new version. Log back into your Laridian account. Locate and download a version of MyBible that is 3.0 or later. The file name will have a number, such as mb3setup or mb4setup. If it doesn't have a number in the file name then it's not a current version. If you purchased MyBible on CD and then ordered some of the Bible's listed at our website, you may have a CD that contains the old version of MyBible. If the CD does not state the specific version then its version 2 (unless it's a Zondervan CD which is version 3). Register the CD by following the instructions that came with the CD and then send an email to sales@laridian.com requesting upgrade information. If you are seeing this strange text while using DailyReader, you are using an old version of DailyReader with a newer version of MyBible. Login to your Laridian account to download and install a more current version of the DailyReader software.
