Extensive technical and sales information can be found by using our Help Desk Knowledgebase system. It provides you with information on ordering, downloading, installing, navigation, error messages, synchronization, our associates program and more. Before contacting us via email, we'd like to encourage you to look for your answer in the Knowledgebase first.

To access the Knowledgebase system, select the Help Desk menu above and then Knowledgebase.

We answer email and Trouble Tickets Monday through Friday and occasionally on weekends and holidays. Messages left during non-business hours are answered on the next business day.

• The make and model of your handheld computer (if applicable)
• The operating system of your desktop PC (Mac, Windows XP, Vista...)
• Your Laridian customer ID or email address of your Laridian account (if applicable)
• The specific problem or question you have for us
• EXACT error message (if applicable)
