Technical Support and Pre-Sales Questions
Extensive technical and sales information can be found by using our Help Desk Knowledgebase system. It provides you with information on ordering, downloading, installing, navigation, error messages, synchronization, our associates program and more. Before contacting us via email, we'd like to encourage you to look for your answer in the Knowledgebase first.

We answer email and Trouble Tickets Monday through Friday
and occasionally on weekends and holidays.
In your email you should include:
- The make and model of your handheld computer (if applicable)
- The operating system of your desktop PC (Mac, Windows XP, Vista, Windows 7, ...)
- Your Laridian customer ID or email address of your Laridian account (if applicable)
- The specific problem or question you have for us
- EXACT error message (if applicable)
The more detail you provide, the better we can help you the first time.
In order to control costs, we do not offer any technical support
by phone. Please use the Knowledgebase and Trouble Ticket system for all your technical support needs.
We promptly, politely, and correctly answer every email and trouble ticket
that comes through that system.
Our technical support staff does not work at our headquarters
location. They do not have the ability to return phone messages left at that number.
Such messages will be ignored. Please use the Knowledgebase and Trouble Ticket system
for all your technical support needs.
We have been able to cut our support costs more than in
half while at the same time actually offering better technical support
by eliminating phone-based support and going strictly with email and trouble-ticket
support. This allows us to keep our prices low and to continue to offer you
the best Bible study software at any price.
